All engagements:

  • Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor. Prophacite does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on its own systems.

Pre-Intent Intelligence engagements:

  • Your company profile, industry, and ideal customer characteristics.
  • Target criteria, market segments, or geographic focus areas you provide to guide the analysis.
  • A list of your existing clients, collected solely to exclude them from being surfaced as potential targets in your intelligence deliverable.

Pre-Diligence engagements:

  • Target company name and any context you provide about the potential transaction, partnership, or investment.
  • Specific areas of concern or focus you identify during intake.

R.I.S.K. Assessment engagements:

  • Existing client or account name you wish to have assessed.
  • Relationship context, contract details, or risk indicators you provide during intake.

Website visitors (no purchase required):

  • Website analytics collected automatically when you visit prophacite.com, including pages viewed, session duration, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used for the following purposes:

  • To deliver purchased intelligence products and communicate about your order, deliverables, and engagement status.
  • To send service-related communications, including intake confirmations, delivery notifications, and follow-up correspondence.
  • To improve our analytical methodology, product quality, and website experience.

Your information is never sold to third parties. Your information is not used for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral targeting. We do not share client data with any external party except our payment processor (to complete transactions) and essential infrastructure providers (to deliver our services).

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymized. If you request deletion before the retention period expires, we will honor that request except where retention is required by law.

  • No payment card details are stored on Prophacite systems. All payment processing is handled by our third-party processor.

No system is completely secure. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

5. Your Rights
